Description

1905-S $10 MS 61 NGC. A bold striking with delicate orange and steel-blue overtones. Negatives include a long, horizontal cut on Liberty's neck and a tiny grease stain at the center of the scroll on the reverse. The scarcity of this issue in Mint State, once a well kept secret, is now fairly well documented.
From the Christopher Young Collection.
