Description

1905-S $10 MS62 PCGS. This is a rare and formerly underrated date that has recently begun to be appreciated by collectors, due in large part to the write-up given in Akers' book on this denomination. And with the advent of population data by the certification services the absolute rarity of this issue has begun to be more fully appreciated. It is, coincidentally, an important condition rarity as well. This is a lustrous coin that has a bright yellow-gold patina. It is nicely struck with no abnormal abrasions on either side.
