Description

1906-D Eagle, MS65
Generation 3.0 Holder

1906-D $10 MS65 PCGS. Cartwheel luster coats this corn-colored coin. Strike is impeccable, and a mark above the upper berry seeks to identify this example. The 1906-D is the first year of issue for the Denver Mint, and the mintage of over 1 million examples makes this issue available today. This excellent piece is housed in a Generation 3.0 old green label holder, produced from January 1990 through February 1993. This variant is much less often seen than the newer Generation 3.1 version.(Registry values: N2998)
