Description

1907 Liberty Ten Dollar, MS65
Two-Toned Surfaces

1907 $10 MS65 NGC. Remarkably few high-grade 1907 tens are known, relative to the mintage of 1.2 million pieces. This Gem has an interesting appearance. The interiors are bright yellow-gold and significantly deeper reddish patina surrounds the margins, a sure indication of untampered originality. The strike is strong throughout, and there are only small abrasions scattered over each side. Census: 85 in 65 (1 in 65+), 5 finer (7/12).(Registry values: N4719)

Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2688, PCGS# 8763, Greysheet# 9428)

Weight: 16.72 grams

Metal: 90% Gold, 10% Copper
