1907 Liberty Head Eagle, MS65
Final Date in the Long-Running Series
1907 $10 MS65 NGC. This final-year Philadelphia issue is
often selected for type representation, as it is one of the few
collectible Liberty Head eagles in Gem condition. This honey-gold
representative offers glints of mint-green and rose color along
with frosty luster. The stars, curls, talons, and olive leaves
feature crisp definition. Marks are limited to a couple of minor
scrapes, including a reeding mark in the left obverse field.
