Description

1907 Liberty Ten, MS 65 NGC

1907 MS 65 NGC. The final year for the Liberty eagle series that had run for seventy years with basically the same design. This specimen has a pleasing, rich golden color throughout. The fields are essentially unmarked on either side and the strike is bold and sharp. A tiny alloy spot is noted on the reverse above the eagle's right wing for pedigree purposes. This is the finest example thus far certified by NGC, PCGS has graded only 3 MS 65s, with none finer (6/96).
