1841-C $5 XF40 NGC. Variety 1-C. An unmarked and luminous pale gold representative from the early years of operation at the North Carolina facility. Luster glints from the legends and plumage. Very scarce, as only 21,467 pieces were coined.From The Lucy Llewellyn Collection of Southern Gold.(Registry values: P4)
