    1846-O $5 AU55 PCGS. CAC. Variety 1. A richly detailed Choice AU New Orleans half eagle. No marks are noticeable and the strike is above average, though the hairbun is incompletely brought up. The sea-green surfaces are moderately subdued and display hints of rose-gold near the rims. Just 58,000 pieces were produced. Population: 9 in 55, 18 finer (2/14).(Registry values: P6)
