1849-D $5 XF40 NGC. Variety 22-N. The still-luminous orange-gold surfaces of this mid-date Dahlonega piece show even, light to moderate wear over each side. The fields and devices exhibit a number of scattered abrasions, including one that affects the 8 and 4 of the date.(Registry values: P3)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25TX, PCGS# 8242, GSID# 8992)
