1854-C $5 Weak C VF35 NGC. Variety 22-I. The scarcely discernible mintmark on the reverse is diagnostic for this prominent Charlotte variety. This pleasing Choice VF example has dusky yellow-orange surfaces and few marks aside from a shallow depression on the chin.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25UJ, Variety PCGS# 98257, Base PCGS# 8257, GSID# 9006)
