1858-C $5 XF40 PCGS. Variety 1. The mintmarks is mostly over the right side of the V on this plentiful variety. A lovely example with considerable rose and violet toning at the peripheries. Moderate surface marks are typical of the Southern branch mint issues.(Registry values: P3)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25V8, PCGS# 8277, GSID# 9026)
