1861 Five Dollar, MS62
Perfect No Motto Type Coin
1861 $5 MS62 NGC. The 1861 is the most frequently seen issue
in the No Motto type, and as such is the logical choice for type
purposes. The strike is complete in all areas, and the soft,
frosted mint luster has taken on an even reddish patina on each
side. There are a couple of field marks on the reverse, but little
else of note.(Registry values: P3)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25VK, PCGS# 8288, GSID# 8907)
