Lustrous MS62 1861 Five Dollar
1861 $5 MS62 NGC. Luster dominates the fields and devices of this lovely orange-gold Civil War half eagle. Marks are surprisingly few for the MS62 level, and the strike is intricate for the No Motto type. Hints of the planchet surface on the upper reverse border do not affect the technical grade.From The MJT Collection.(Registry values: P3)
