1874 $5 AU55 NGC. The 1874 Liberty half eagle boasts a
minuscule mintage of 3,488 pieces, making the issue rare in all
grades in today's market. The present coin is a sharply detailed
Choice AU specimen, with semiprooflike greenish-gold surfaces. A
moderate number of minor abrasions are present on both sides of
