1878 $5 MS64+ NGC. Mint State examples of the 1878 five dollar are scarce through MS63 and rare any finer. Brass-gold surfaces display greenish-gold and orange on the reverse, and exhibit sharply struck design elements. Highly lustrous and well preserved.
