1880-S $5 MS63 Prooflike NGC. This sharply struck half eagle has medium salmon-pink toning, and only one relevant mark, above the olive branch, is found on the suitably reflective fields. Scarce in Prooflike condition, with none graded above MS63 by NGC. Census: 6 in 63 Prooflike, 0 finer in Prooflike (7/07).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25XC, PCGS# 78353)
