1885-S $5 MS65 PCGS. A common date S-mint Coronet Half Eagle in lower grades, as a Gem this becomes a condition rarity. In fact it is an excellent candidate for a gold type set. Sharply struck throughout, the mint luster is nicely frosted and the coin exhibits subtle green-gold colorations at the borders. Population: 17 in 65, 3 finer (11/04).(#8368) (Registry values: P2)
