Description
Splendid 1890-CC Half Eagle, MS62
1890-CC $5 MS62 PCGS. Scintillating satiny luster sparkles beneath the pleasing yellow-gold patina. Scattered abrasions limit the grade, but none are of any consequence. The strike is sharp save for the typically seen weakness on the centers. A scarce issue in Mint State, and quite desirable as a type coin.(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25Y3, PCGS# 8376, GSID# 9085)
