Description
Satiny Near-Gem 1891 Half Eagle
1891 $5 MS64 NGC. The certified population of this P-mint half eagle drops off rapidly as one approaches the Gem grade level. Powerfully impressed with fully defined features, a thin pinscratch is noted across Liberty's neck into the obverse field.
