1891-CC $5 MS62+ NGC. CAC. Variety 1-A. From a relatively
generous mintage of 208,000 pieces, the 1891-CC is the most
available half eagle from the Carson City Mint. It's availability
in Mint State grades makes it a favorite choice of branch mint type
collectors. This Plus-graded MS62 specimen offers well-detailed
design elements and lustrous orange-gold surfaces that show
