Very Rare MS 64 1891-CC Half Eagle

1891-CC $5 MS 64 PCGS. Lustrous and boldly struck with a few minor contact marks. Both sides exhibit considerable copper staining as do many examples of this issue. This is by far the most available CC-mint half eagle, but it is rare in MS 63 and very rare in higher grade. There have been only two coins certified finer than MS 64 by NGC and PCGS (6/99).
