1892-CC $5 MS61 PCGS. CAC. Variety 1-A. Luster dominates the borders and devices of this sharply impressed apricot-gold Carson City five. Cherry-red patina approaches the rims. Small marks are scattered but are only noticeable near star 12. Most certified examples are in XF and AU grades, and appealing Mint State examples are elusive. Population: 80 in 61, 119 finer. CAC: 18 in 61, 37 finer (10/24).(Registry values: P2)
