1893-CC $5 MS63 PCGS. Variety 1-A. This is a popular low-mintage final-year Carson City issue with 60,000 pieces originally produced. Mint State coins are scarce and examples grading finer than MS62 are rare. This Select Uncirculated representative is flashy and highly lustrous, with lovely apricot-gold toning and nicely preserved surfaces. Population: 12 in 63, 4 finer (10/14).(Registry values: P2)
