1893-O $5 MS63 NGC. Variety 1. A single variety is known. The 1893-O half eagle is most frequently seen in XF or AU grades. Mint State pieces can be found through MS62 with diligent searching, and higher-grade specimens are rare. The lustrous surfaces of this Select example display yellow- and reddish-cold color. The design elements are quite well-struck. Census: 15 in 63, 3 finer (9/13).(Registry values: P3)
