1893-O $5 MS63 PCGS. Variety 1. There are two varieties of the 1893-O five dollar coins. This Select piece is an example of the more prevalent variety of the two, with 1 in the date closer to the dentils. A few tiny splashes of orange are present on the lustrous yellow-gold surfaces of this coin. A number of die cracks appear on both sides. PCGS and NGC combined have awarded MS63 grades to only 33 examples, with only 3 finer (10/13).(Registry values: P3)
