1900-S $5 MS64 PCGS. CAC. Several similar PCGS green-label 1900-S half eagles suggest that a small hoard of these pieces was uncovered some years ago. However, the date remains elusive, and is seldom found finer. This piece has frosty luster with brilliant yellow surfaces and excellent eye appeal. Scattered marks limit the grade.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25YV, PCGS# 8401, Greysheet# 9100)
