1906-S Half Eagle, MS65
Conditionally Rare
1906-S $5 MS65 PCGS. CAC. The 1906-S half eagle is a better
date in Uncirculated condition, and Gem-quality coins are rare.
This CAC-endorsed MS65 coin is boldly struck with vibrant, frosty
luster. A few faint grazes on the obverse define the grade but are
unseen by the naked eye. A few small coppery alloy spots are
present on the reverse. Population: 11 in 65, 6 finer. CAC: 2 in
65, 3 finer (5/16).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25ZB, PCGS# 8415, Greysheet# 9108)
