1883 5C No Cents MS67+ PCGS. CAC. The debut issue in the
series and a one-year type lacking CENTS on the reverse, the 1883
No Cents nickel was well saved at the time of issue and remains
plentiful today, though scarce in high grade. This high-end piece
is brilliant, satiny, and pristine. Slight weakness appears on the
border stars, while the left corn ear of the wreath shows above
average sharpness. PCGS Population: 75 in 67 (15 in 67+), 0 finer
