1885 5C MS63 NGC. This Select Mint State example has an attractive cartwheel sheen over both sides, and natural, light olive-gray toning. The design elements are typically struck, with softness noted on three or four of the obverse stars, as well as on the reverse left ear of corn. A couple of small abrasions are observed near the center of the reverse. A coveted key date issue. (Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2773, PCGS# 3846, GSID# 2950)
