1890 5C MS65 NGC. This pleasing Gem is boldly detailed. The obverse has gold toning with a few tiny carbon flecks and splashes of lilac. The reverse has hints of champagne and blue toning over light gray surfaces. Both sides are frosty and fully brilliant.
