Amazing Superb Gem 1899 Nickel
1899 5C MS67 NGC. Striking orange, rose, and olive-gray tints consume the satiny surfaces of this delightful Superb Gem. Overall definition is excellent, though softness is noted at star 1 on the obverse and the lower left ear of corn on the reverse. One of just four MS67 coins graded by NGC with none numerically finer (9/09).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22PR, PCGS# 3860, GSID# 2964)
