1883 5C With Cents MS66+ PCGS Gold Shield. CAC. An exquisite Premium Gem, this splendid nickel has faint blue toning over lustrous light gray surfaces with peripheral amber patina. The 1883 With Cents nickels were the third type coined that year, following the Shield nickel, and the 1883 No Cents nickel. PCGS has certified only eight finer examples. CAC: 40 in 66, 2 finer (12/18).(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22PH, PCGS# 3844, Greysheet# 2948)
