    1891 5C PR67 Cameo PCGS. Brilliant surfaces accentuate the dramatic field-device contrast between glassy mirrors and fully struck, frosted motifs. Daubs of golden patina occur over each side. The 1891 has a generous proof mintage of 2,350 coins, yet Superb Gems with Cameo contrast are extremely rare. Population: 5 in 67 (3 in 67+) Cameo, 0 finer (8/16).(Registry values: N2998)
