1855-C $2 1/2 --Cleaned--ANACS. MS60 Details. Variety 16-I. This low mintage Charlotte gold piece has nary a trace of wear, and the strike is above average, particularly on the portrait. Both fields are hairlined, and a thin strike-through is present above the eagle's head. The reverse is clashed near the eagle's wings, and a die break hugs the lower reverse rim.(Registry values: P2)
