1858-C $2 1/2 AU55 PCGS. Variety 1. An unblemished Choice AU Charlotte Mint example with orange and yellow-gold toning. A pair of mint-produced roller marks travel between the eagle's beak and left (facing) claw. The reverse field has shallow strike-throughs common for the issue. From a tiny emission of 9,056 pieces.
