1873-S $2 1/2 MS 61 NGC. A scarcer issue and seldom seen above VF. The bright yellow-gold surfaces are lustrous, and display small scattered abrasions that befit the assigned grade. None of the marks are individually distracting, and this attractive example is worthy of significant attention from gold specialists.
