Rare Mint State 1875-S Quarter Eagle MS62
1875-S $2 1/2 MS62 NGC. Bright satiny luster shines over each side of this scarce San Francisco Mint product. The wheat-gold toning is quite attractive. The design elements are boldly struck, and there are only superficial marks that limit the grade. A scarce low-mintage issue that becomes rare in Mint State. Census: 7 in 62, 1 finer (8/07).
