1878 $2 1/2 MS64 PCGS. Soft mint frost and pleasing honey-gold and sunset-orange color are hallmarks of this near-Gem quarter eagle. Well struck with few marks, although a faint abrasion appears at the lower right obverse. A pleasing example of this mid-date Liberty quarter eagle.(Registry values: P2)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25KY, PCGS# 7828, GSID# 8303)
