Elegant Superb Gem 1904 Quarter Eagle
1904 $2 1/2 MS67 NGC. A great example of this 20th century Liberty quarter eagle issue, one that has enjoyed considerable popularity with type collectors. Sharply struck with warmly lustrous sun-yellow surfaces that turn peach close to the rims. NGC has certified only four numerically finer pieces (4/09).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25LV, PCGS# 7856, GSID# 8329)
