Grand Superb Gem 1907 Two and a Half
1907 $2 1/2 MS67 NGC. Shining surfaces are pale yellow-gold, and the strike is sharp on this 20th century Superb Gem Liberty quarter eagle. A small peach alloy spot is noted between stars 4 and 5, adding character to the piece. A great example for the type collector, with just four numerically finer examples known to NGC (2/10).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25LY, PCGS# 7859, GSID# 8332)
