Formidable MS67 1907 Quarter Eagle

1907 $2 1/2 MS67 PCGS. This final Liberty quarter eagle's mintage of over a third of a million pieces was the largest since 1861, and Premium Gems and even Superb Gems are available to type collectors. This is a wonderful example of the latter. Lime-green and orange with a yellow-gray patina over parts of the obverse field. Population: 49 in 67, 1 finer (8/09).(Registry values: N2998)
