1909 VDB Lincoln Cent, MS67+ Red
Prohibitively Rare Any Finer
1909 1C VDB MS67+ Red PCGS. CAC. The 1909 VDB Lincoln cent
is available in MS67 Red, but Plus-graded coins are scarce. PCGS
has seen only two finer examples of this important first-year
variety. The coin offered here is among the finest examples of the
issue with CAC endorsement. It is well-struck and frosty with
varied peach-orange, gold, and lilac-yellow hues. A faint cluster
of pepper specks is visible by the date with a loupe. Eye appeal is
outstanding. Population: 46 in 67+ Red, 2 finer. CAC: 62 in 67, 0
