1909-S VDB Cent, MS66 Red
Rich Luster and Color
1909-S 1C VDB MS66 Red PCGS. Glistening, frosty mint luster
adorns each side of this boldly struck 1909-S VDB Lincoln cent,
while close study with a loupe fails to reveal any meaningful
flaws. Olive and amber overtones deepen the border regions, leaving
the interiors copper-orange. The rarity of higher-grade pieces puts
them far out of reach for most collectors. This is an attractive
compromise of quality and affordability. PCGS lists only 13 Superb
