1909-S/S 1C S Over Horizontal S, FS-1502, MS66+ Red PCGS.
This splendid, high-end Premium Gem example of the popular S Over S
repunched mintmark variety is sharply struck and highly lustrous,
with essentially mark-free, chestnut-gold surfaces. A loupe reveals
only the occasional tiny fleck -- mostly confined to the reverse --
while eye appeal is extraordinary, as indicated by the PCGS Plus
designation and CAC endorsement. Only a few pieces exist any finer.
