Description
Lustrous Near-Gem Red and Brown 1909-S VDB Cent
1909-S VDB 1C MS64 Red and Brown NGC. All three designer's initials show boldly on this near-Gem Red and Brown coin, which offers lustrous burnt-orange surfaces and good eye appeal. A loupe reveals a couple of nicks on Lincoln's beard that prevent a finer grade, but carbon is minimal, and elsewhere there are few singular distractions.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22B2, PCGS# 2427, GSID# 1800)
