1911-D Lincoln Cent, MS66+ Red
Strong Registry Set Contender
1911-D 1C MS66+ Red PCGS. CAC. 30th Anniversary Green Label
Holder. A Plus-graded Premium Gem, this cent exhibits brilliant
light orange color and satin luster with an exceptional strike,
although the mintmark is weak. PCGS and NGC have each graded one
finer piece, but we have never offered a finer example. This lovely
cent is an excellent Registry Set candidate as few similarly graded
pieces have been certified. The reverse is rotated about 30 degrees
counterclockwise on this piece, as it is on many others.
