Elusive Red Gem 1913-D Cent
1913-D 1C MS65 Red PCGS. This shimmering brick-red Gem has a penetrating strike and an impeccably unabraded appearance. The occasional minute fleck is all that determines the grade. Only the third Denver Mint issue, struck the same year the Buffalo nickel was introduced. Population: 95 in 65 Red, 10 finer (7/08).From The Davis Conway Collection.(Registry values: N1793)
