Description

1916 Lincoln Cent, MS67+ Red
CAC-Approved Registry Grade Example

1916 1C MS67+ Red PCGS. CAC. The Philadelphia Mint struck a truly large production of more than 131 million Lincoln cents in 1916, but the issue is still scarce at the MS67 grade level, with the Red designation, and finer coins are virtually unobtainable. This Plus-graded Superb Gem displays razor-sharp definition on all design elements, and the virtually flawless original red surfaces are lustrous and appealing. The high quality and outstanding eye appeal are attested by the CAC sticker. Population: 98 in 67 Red (37 in 67+), 1 finer. CAC: 25 in 67, 0 finer (9/23).(Registry values: N991)
