Description

1918 Lincoln Cent, MS67+ Red
Only Three Finer Known Pieces

1918 1C MS67+ Red PCGS. The end of World War I saw an immense mintage of over 288 million Lincoln cents struck in 1918. Red high-end survivors are challenging. Fully lustrous original-mint surfaces on sharply struck devices render exceptional eye appeal from this Plus-Graded Red Superb Gem. Only a few tiny copper spots show under a loupe, otherwise it appears virtually flawless. PCGS reports just three numerically finer pieces, and NGC shows none finer (12/25).(Registry values: N1793)
