Description
1920-S Lincoln Cent, MS65 Red and Brown
One of the Great Strike and Condition Rarities in the Series
1920-S 1C MS65 Red and Brown PCGS. The 1920-S is one of the
great strike and condition rarities that any Lincoln cent collector
has to overcome. Regardless of the color of the coin, Gems are rare
with or without mint red. Similarly, the striking details are
generally weak. This example has lovely, glossy greenish-tinted
brown color with significant underlying mint red. The strike is
adequate but lacks complete definition, as usual. Very rare as
such. Population: 19 in 65 Red and Brown, 1 finer (8/10).(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 22C5, PCGS# 2529, Greysheet# 1866)
